摘要
通过粗纺织物的织物图、组织图及工艺,分析了千鸟格类织物的风格特点。利用各种新型花式纱线的变换、组织创新设计、整理风格的变化,生产出新颖而丰富多彩的千鸟格织物,提供了一些有益的开放性的创新设计思路。色纱排列与织物组织的严格对应是设计千鸟格产品的关键点,做好染色牢度的控制和后整理时的防沾色处理是生产时应该注意的问题。
The article introduces the character and style of swallow gird based on examples with photos and processing. The new and various swallow gird fabrics can be produced by means of changing new fancy yams, designing fabric structures, varying finishing style, while some profitable design ideas can be provided. The key point of design is matching the arrange of colour yarns with fabric structure, the care problems in production are colour fastness and colour stain-resisting.
