中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭43例疗效观察

Observtion on The rapeutic Effects on 43 Cases of Congestive Heart-failue Treated with the Combinatoon of Taditional Chi- nese and Westem Medicine

以西医辨病中医辨证中西药合用治疗充血性心力衰竭４３例，中医分心气（阳）不足、痰瘀互结、痰热瘀阻、水气凌心、血脉瘀阻、阳虚水泛论治，西药在急性左心衰时间断用过小剂量西地兰、利尿剂及吸氧。心功能改善显效１６例占３７．２％，有效２３例占５３．５％，无效４例占９．３％。

cases of Congestive Heart- failure were treated by Combination of Traditional Chinese and Westem Medicine on the basis of differentiating the disease with Westem medicine and differentiating the syndome with Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into insufficiency of the heart-yang, mixture of phlegm and blood stasis accumulation of phlegm heat and blood stasis , attack of the heart by retained fluid, accumulation of pulse and lbood stasis, adn edema due to Yang insufficiency . Little dose of cedilanis , diuretic, adn oxygen inhalation were used discontinuously during acute left heartfailure. 16 cases of or 37.2% were significant effective on improving of heart function . 23 cases or 53.5% were effective, and 4 cases or 9.4% were ineffective.
