摘要
应用日本大耳白兔复制输精管结扎动物模型,分为输精管结扎6、25月组(VG6,VG25)和假手术6、25月组(SOG6,SOG25),重点观察输精管结扎后血浆睾酮、睾丸雄激素受体(AR)和雄激素结合蛋白(ABP)的变化.结果发现:输精管结扎6月血浆睾酮含量明显降低,LH水平明显升高(P<0.05),VG25的测定结果与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);输精管结扎对睾丸AR和ABP的亲和力无影响,担VG6AR和ABP的最大结合容量增加.上述结果表明,结扎早期AR和ABP的增高与睾酮水平下降所引起的反馈性调节有关,可视为机体的代偿适应性变化.
Adult Japanese white rabbits were used to construct vasectomized animal models, they were divided into vasectomy 6 and 25 months group (VG6, VG25) and corresponding sham operation group (SOG6, SOG25). We mainly observed changes of plasma testosterone (TXnuclear andro-gen receptor (NAR) and androgen -binding protein (ABP) in testis after vasectomy. The results showed that content of plasma T in VG6 was significantly lower than that in SOG6, no signifi-cant difference was found between VG25 and control group (P>0. 05);level of plasma LH in VG6 was higher than that in SOG6 (P<0. 05) ,but level of LH in VG25 was the same as that in SOG25; there was no influence of vasectomy on affinity of NAR and ABP in testis, but it was great for Bmax in VG6. These results indicated that elevation of NAR and ABP was related to feedback regulation resulted by decrease of T in the early time after vasectomy, it might be con-sidered as compensatory adaption.
