摘要
首先对在斯图加特举办的Control 2008博览会进行了回顾,总结了在展会中所展现出来的精密测量技术的新技术和新进展,最后对精密测量技术的发展进行了展望。
The Control 2008 exhibition held in Stuttgart is overviewed in this paper, and the new technologies and new developments of the precision measurement technology shown in this exhibition are summarized. At last the outlook for the precise measurement is summarized in this paper.
