摘要
通过介绍了3DP快速成型加工的工作原理,从模型转换和参数设置方面总结出提高精度的方法,并分析了成型过程中易出现的问题,提出了工艺上的解决方法。
3DP（Three Dimensional Printing） rapid prototype manufacturing ,was introduced, A method was put forward to improve precision and efficiency with model handling and parameter setting, some problems in the process of prototype were discussed, and some methods for technology of RP were ameliorated.
