摘要
对公差分析的现状和方法作了阐述,介绍了计算机辅助公差设计(CATD)的应用。结合某产品生产中遇到的框盖组合装配问题,剖析了其技术难点和解决途径,并且通过运用UG里的公差分析模块(eM-TolMate),对结构改进后的尺寸公差作了仿真和验证。
This paper describes the status and method of tolerance analysis, and introduces the application of computer-Aided tolerance design. According to the assembly of frame and cover components,as the production problem, the technique difficulty and the solution is analyzed, and through handling eM-TolMate in UG, the optimized size tolerance is simulated and verified.
