摘要
以某型零件中实际球面的加工为例,浅析了球面以车代磨的加工工艺方法,针对加工过程中所遇到的问题,介绍了该类零件的具体加工方法。
This article takes some actual spherical surface processing as an example, analyzes the method of processing spherical surface by turning instead of grinding. According to the problems in the machining process and resolving measures, the concrete processing method of this kind of part is provided.
