摘要
为了增加治疗骨质疏松的新方法,本文利用光镜、骨组织病理学和形态计量学的检查方法观察合特膦对去势大鼠的骨代谢的影响;骨特腾经口服显示对大鼠去势后形成的典型的高转换型骨质疏松症有显著抑制作用,阻止骨量丢失。
In order to increase new methods on treating osteoporosis, we investigated the effect of Gutelin on bone metabolism in ovariectomized rats by optical microscopy, bone histopathology and morphosis metrology. The results indicate that Gutelin has significant inhibitory effect on typical high-transition type osteoporosis via aditus in ovariectomized rats and inhibit bone quantity losing.
