冠心汤治疗前后冠心病病人血液过氧化反应及红细胞变形性的变化

摘要 为研究冠心汤对冠心病患者血液过氧化反应及红细胞变形性的影响,我们检测了冠心病患者使用冠心汤治疗前后红细胞SOD,全血GSH-PX、CAT活力,血浆AOA和红细胞膜MDA含量及IF的变化,结果表明,冠心病患者SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活力及AOA明显低于对照组(H<0.01),MDA含量及IF明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,SOD、GSHPx、CAT活力明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),MDA含和IF明显低于治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示冠心汤能降低冠心病患者血液的过氧化反应,提高红细胞变形能力。 In order to study the effect of Guan Xing Tang (GXT) on the blood peroxydation and erythrocyte defomability (ED) in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) vitality of erythrocyte, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalaes (CAT) vitality of blood, antioxidite vitality (AOA) of plasma, molondialehyde (MDA)concent of erythrocyte membrane and erythrocyte filtration (IF) were measured in the patients with CHD before and after the treatment with GXT. The results showed that in the patients the SOD vitality of erythrocyte, GSH-Px, CAT vitality of blood, AOA of plasma was much lower than that of the control(P<0.05),the MDA concent of erythrocyte membrane and erythrocyte IF were much higher than that of control(P<0.01). After treatment with GXT the SOD vitality of erythrocyte, GSH-Px,CAT vitality of blood, AOA of plasma was significantly higher than that of the group before treatment (P<0.05)the MDA concent of erythrocyte membrane and erythrocyte IF were much lower than that of the group before treatment (P<0.05,P<0.01). The results indicated that GXT can reduct the peroxide reaction of blood and enhance ED in the CHD patients.
