长三角两省一市科技合作的现状及对策建议

Yangtse River Delta two provinces one cite science and technology cooperation's present situation and countermeasure suggestion

自2003年共同签署《沪苏浙共同推进长三角区域创新体系建设协议书》以来,两省一市加快了科技合作的步伐,在联合开展科技攻关、实现科技资源共享、跨区域产学研合作、人才开发一体、加强知识产权协作等方面都取得了成效。但是,由于区域科技合作的体制机制尚不健全,相关配套的政策措施不完善,影响了两省一市科技合作向深层次发展。本文在分析长三角科技合作现状的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。

Since 《Agreement of Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang？Promoting Together Yangtze River Delta Innovation System Construction》 signed in 2003,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Speeded up the paces of science and technology cooperation,and has made effect in the aspects of unite to tackle key problems,sharing of science and technology recources,University-Industry Cooperation,talent-development integration and intellectual property protection.However,beacuse of the imperfect system and mechanism,the imperfect policies and measures,these factors affected the deeplevel cooperation in science and technology between the two provinces and one city.Based on the analysis of present situation of the Yangtze River Delta cooperation in science and technology,this article has proposed the countermeasure and suggestion pointedly.
