摘要
本文通过提出全国第一起环境污染责任险获赔事件,分析我国环境责任保险的现状和我国西部地区亟待实施环境责任保险的必要性,并根据对西部地区具体的经济与环境现状分析,提出西部地区环境责任保险的制度设计。
The paper introduces the first compensatory event of environmental liability insurance,analyses the present condition of environmental lia-bility insurance in China and the necessity of estab-lishing environmental liability insurance urgently in Chinese west area,and raises environmental liability insurance system innovation in Chinese west area.
