对我国高校学生公寓社会化改革的若干思考

我国高校在校生规模持续扩大,学生住宿困难问题日趋显现,政府投资建设学生公寓的模式已无法满足高校发展的需要。引进社会资金兴建学生公寓,有利于减轻政府的财政压力,缩短学生公寓的建设周期。本文通过分析引资建设学生公寓存在的问题,提出解决问题的具体措施。
