Investigation and Research on "Law Going into the Sites for Religious Activities" in the Maintenance of Social Stability of Qinghai Province

青海是一个多民族、多宗教地区。如何在新的形势下进一步树立宗教教职人员的法律意识,将宗教活动纳入法治轨道,对于依法管理宗教事务,促进我省依法治理工作将产生深远影响。

Qinghai is an area with multi-nationalities and multi-religion.According to the constitution and law,Citizens＇ rights and interests and their appeals should be correctly exercised within the law.The author hold that law going into monasteries and mosques have had an effect on the maintenance of social stability.However,there are still several problems affecting law going into monasteries and mosques.Because of this,the departments concerned should take effective measures to establish and improve relevant systems,increase the clergy′s consciousness of observing discipline and law,and resist all the behaviors of disrupting social stability.
