螺旋CT增强多期扫描对肾盂旁囊肿的诊断价值

Value of multi-phase enhanced spiral CT in diagnosis of parapelvic cyst

目的:探讨多时相螺旋CT增强扫描对肾盂旁囊肿的诊断价值。方法:对病理证实的23例肾盂旁囊肿的CT平扫及增强表现进行回顾性的分析总结。结果:肾盂旁囊肿表现为肾窦内无强化效应的囊性病灶,延迟期扫描无对比剂进入囊肿内,而周边肾盏及肾盂受压变形,其内可见有对比剂进入。结论:CT增强扫描辅以适当的延时扫描能对肾盂旁囊肿做出准确的诊断。

Objective：To investigate the value of multi-phase enhanced spiral CT in diagnosis of parapelvic cyst. Methods：Both plain CT and enhanced CT imaging findings of 23 patients with parapelvic cyst, which were proved by histopathology, were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All the parapelvic cysts showed cystic lesions located in renal sinus without enhancement and no contrast medium got into them in the delay phase, whereas, the pelvis and calices renales besides them were compressed and deformed with contrast medium got into them. Conclusion： Parapelvic cyst can be correctly diagnosised by enhanced CT scan with proper delay phase.
