The Discussion about Prevention Care of Vagus Nerve Reflex after Cardiac Intervention Operation

目的心脏介入术后的血管迷走神经反射,发生迅速且进展快、危险大,针对迷走反射的特点及诱发因素,采取积极有效的预防临床护理措施,可以预防和降低迷走神经反射的发生率。方法术前的心理临床护理、训练床上排尿、禁食4h、术后严密观察生命体征、多饮水、固定患肢等。结果此并发症已得到有效地控制。结论采取预防迷走反射的方法使前后迷走反射的发生率明显下降。

Objective To study the prevention care of vagus nerve reflex after cardiac intervention operation. The reflection happens fast,progress quickly and high danger ously. Take effective care for a sick person could reduce the incidence of vagal reflex. Methods The methods inelucled psychological preparation for surgery,training emiction in the bed, fasting four hours, monitor of vital signs after surgery,drinking more water,fix somato. Results The complications had been effective controled. Conclusion Applying certain preventional measures could reduce the incidence of vagal reflex.
