急性冠脉综合征患者血尿酸水平与病变支数的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血尿酸(SUA)与血脂、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及冠状动脉病变支数的关系。方法60例经冠状动脉造影确诊的ACS患者,根据临床表现分为不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组28例和心肌梗死(MI)组32例,另选择20例阵发性室上性心动过速患者作为对照组,检测各组SUA、血脂、hs-CRP水平,分析SUA与血脂、hs-CRP和冠状动脉病变支数的关系。结果UAP组和MI组SUA水平[分别为(353.32±107.22)、(356.97±104.78)μmol/L]均高于对照组[(273.75±61.34)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但UAP组与MI组比较差异无统计学意义。ACS患者SUA与hs-CRP、三酰甘油呈正相关(P〈0.01),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A呈负相关(P〈0.05)。SUA水平随冠状动脉病变程度的加重而升高。结论高尿酸血症是ACS的危险因素之一,SUA可能通过促炎性反应和促脂质代谢紊乱在ACS的发生、发展中起作用。
