摘要
采用经颅磁刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)对72例脑血管病(CVD)患者和50例正常人进行检测。结果:CVD患者瘫痪侧上肢磁刺激无反应或皮层潜伏期和中枢传导时间(CMCT)较正常对照组和健侧显著延长(P<0.001);瘫痪侧下肢磁刺激无反应或CMCT较正常对照组和健侧显著延长(P<0.05)。脑出血与脑梗塞患者MEP异常率无显著差异(P>0.05),而与临床病情轻重和病变部位密切相关。提示MEP能客观反映CVD患者中枢运动传导通路功能受损的情况。
72 patients with cerebrovascular diseases(CVD) and 50 normal controls were examined by motor evoked potentials of transcranial magnetic stimulation(MEP).The results showed that no reaction by magnetic stimulation,or the latent periods of cortical motor evoked potentials and central motor conduction time(CMCT) for these upper paralytic extremities in patients with CVD had high significant delayed in comparison with normal controls and unaffected side(P<0.001);and no reaction by magnetic stimulation,or CMCT for these paralytic lower extremities in patients with CVD had significant prolonged(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of MEP had no significant different in patients with hemorrhages and infarcts(P>0.05);but it was correlated with the degree of clinical seriousness and lesion location.This article indicated that MEP can objectively reflect the functional damage of the central motor pathes in patients with CVD.
