使用中消毒剂污染菌的分离与鉴定

CLASSIFICATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE BACTERIA ISOLATED FROM IN USE DISINFECTANTS.

经鉴定，从２３０份使用中消毒液分离的１８７株细菌中，球菌占２８．８８％，杆菌占２３．５３％，未定型细菌占４７．５９％。９８株已鉴定细菌共分布于１８个菌属，球菌占了３个菌属，杆菌占１５个菌属。其中以葡萄球菌、微球菌、芽胞杆菌和棒状杆菌分居前四位。结果表明，使用中消毒液染菌较严重，染菌菌谱较广。

CAPTURE-MARK-RECAPTURE The identification results showed that coccus,bacillus and unidentified bacteria including bacterial L forms accounted for 28 88%,23 53% and 47 59% respectively.All the bacteria were isolated from 230 pieces of In use disinfectants,including Ethyl alcohol,Tincture of iodine,Bromogeraminum,Jinxin disinfectant,Instrument disinfectant,Iodophor and 84 disinfectant.The isolated bacteria were distributed over 18 genus,including 3 genus of coccus ,15 genus of bacillus .Among the bacteria, Staphylococcus,Micrococcus and Bacillus occupy the first three place.The above results showed that the contamination of In use disinfectants were serious,and the contamination bacteria spectrum were extensive.
