高龄前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的两种手术方法比较

Comparison of Two Operative Therapy for Elderly Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Accompanying Bladder Calculi

目的:比较开放性手术与经尿道前列腺电切术联合U-100双频双脉冲激光治疗高龄前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的疗效。方法:总结25例开放性手术与20例经尿道前列腺电切联合双频双脉冲激光治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱结石的患者的临床资料并进行分析。结果:所有患者前列腺梗阻症状解除,无术后严重并发症,膀胱结石均消失。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术联合双频双脉冲激光治疗高龄前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石是一种创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、疗效确切的手术方法。

Objective： To compare the efficacy of opening operation and transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） combining U-100 frequency-doubled-double-pulse laser for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） accompanying bladder calculi. Methods： The clinical data of 25 cases underwent opening operation and 20 cases received TURP combined U-100 frequency-doubled-double-pulse laser were analyzed. Results.. The symptoms of prostatic obstrue tion were relieved in all patients and no serious complications occurred post-operation. All bladder calculi were disap peared. Conclusions：TURP combined frequency-doubled-double-pulse laser is a lower injure, less bleeding, sooner recovery and effective treatment for elderly patients with BPH accompanying bladder calculi.
