摘要
率的标化法已广泛用于疾病统计,但在食品卫生合格率的比较中,用者甚少,大多用平均合格率,结果常有谬误。本文对南通市1994~1996年抽检的食品检验结果作了对比分析,各年度食品卫生平均合格率为1994年58.4%、1995年55.7%、1996年53.7%,逐年递减。其标化合格率则分别为54.3%、55.6%和56.5%,呈递增趋势。分析认为,由于标化合格率不因检品的种类和构成而受影响,因而较平均合格率更合理、准确,从而能表明食品卫生的真实状况。其结果亦符合我市食品卫生的实际情况。
Standardization of rate has been used widely in disease statistics.Yet,it was used very little in comparisom of qualification rate in food hygiene.Great majority used average qualification rate and the result is often wrong.In this paper,the results tested sampling food in Nantong city were compared and analysed in 1994 ̄1996.The average qualification rates in food hygiene were 584%、557% and 537% in 1994、1995 and 1996 respectively and appeared progresively decreasing annually.The standaradized qualification rate in food hygiene were 543%、556% and 565% in 1994、1995 and 1996 respectively and appeared progresively increasing annually.This analytic result suggested that standardized qualification rate was more rational and more accurate than average qualification rate,because the former did not be influenced by category and constitution of tested samples.So standardized qualification rate could manifest the qualification level of food hygiene.This result was also in accordance with condition of food sanitory in Nantong.
