摘要 针对船用柴油机运行参数实时监测的需求,提出了一种基于STC89C58微控制器的实现方案。整个系统分为数据采集模块和显示报警模块两个功能模块,可以实时监测各种温度、压力、柴油机转速、燃油泄漏等状态;并具有声音报警、故障降速、故障停车3种报警处理措施,反应迅速。采集系统和显示系统按照一定的协议规范来进行通信,保障整个系统运行的可靠性和稳定性。由于系统中启动了看门狗并在系统中加入了软件陷阱,所以整个系统具有极强的抗干扰能力,满足了实际需求。 According to the demand of monitoring the running parameters of the diesel on chip,a design based on micro-controller STC89C58 was introduced. The whole system consists of the data acquisition module and display module. The system can monitor all kinds of temperature, the pressure, the speed of diesel, fuel leak and the other states. Three measures, which were sound warning, the deceleration and the brake, are took and it can react in time rapidly. The protocol, by which the acquisition system and the display system communicate, ensures the reliability and stability of the whole system. Because the watchdog was worked and the software trap was added in the system, it met the need and had the characteristic of the anti-jamming.
