摘要
论述了一种基于nRF9E5无线通讯的pH值检测装置。分析了pH值检测的工作原理,通过pH传感器输出量与检测模块输入量的关系搭建了pH检测电路,并通过温度测量对检测到的pH值进行自动温度补偿,提高了pH值检测的精度。基于nRF9E5的无线检测模块设计了无线远程通讯协议,实现了pH检测的无线传输。实验证明:该模块可靠、稳定、适应性强。
A pH detecting system based on nRF9E5 wireless transmission was presented. The principle of pH detecting was analyzed. The pH detecting circuit was built on the basis of the relationship between the output of pH sensor and the input of detecting module. The accuracy of detected pH value was advanced automatically by using temperature detecting and compensating module. The wireless detecting module based on nRF9E5 was also designed with wireless remote communication protocol to actualize the wireless transmission of the detected pH value. The experiment results demonstrated the reliability, stability and high applicability of the system.
