摘要
详细分析了数字同步解调原理,并在此基础上提出了一种新的同步解调原理结合模拟混频的快速测相方法,介绍了该方法在相位法激光测距中的具体实现过程。并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立了该方法的仿真模型,给出了仿真结果。由仿真结果可知,最大的测相误差是0.25°,平均测相误差为0.02°,误差标准方差为0.09°。在相位法激光测距系统中使用该方法,在精测主频为150 MHz的情况下,可得到最大的测距误差为0.69 mm,平均测距误差为0.056 mm.该方法适合在高精度、实时测相场合中使用,具有良好的应用前景。
A fast phase difference measurement method based on digital synchronous demodulation and analog mixer was proposed and its principle was analyzed in detail. The implementation of the new method in phase-shift laser range finding was presented. The simulink model was established with MATLAB/Simulink and the simulink results were given. The results show that the maximum error is 0. 25°, the average error is 0. 02° and the error standard deviation is 0. 09°. Given that the measuring frequency is 150 MHz in phase-shift laser rang finding, the maximum distance error is 0. 69 mm and the average error is 0. 056 mm. The new method meets the requirement of high precision and real-time phase difference measurement and has a good practicability.
