神华宁煤甲醇厂水煤浆加压气化炉(GE气化炉)装置使用气化炉可调防振专用热电偶后,解决了以往气化炉热电偶使用寿命短,频繁更换热电偶造成"非计划停车"增多的生产问题,使热电偶备件费用降低了70%,实现了气化炉热电偶国产化,经济效益显著。
After using the special adjusted anti-shock TC designed for Texaco in water-coal slurry pressure gasify furnace （GE） equipment, Shen hua Ningmei carbinal plant solvetd the old problems that the use life of TC was short and often changed caused the non-plan stop rnning. The charge of TC spare part is reduced 70%. It achieves the texaco TC national and gains distinct economy benefit.
