摘要 提出一种利用负电晕放电原理检测SF6气体泄漏的设计方案,综合应用低功耗微控制器和外围芯片设计硬件电路,其中传感电路采用冗余技术,解决了传统的零漂并误报警的问题。系统采用光耦隔离技术有效地消除了干扰并抑制了噪声,电极采用新型敏感材料和独特的结构方式,解决了传统SF6气体检漏仪不能在线监测的难题。仪表性能稳定、灵敏度高、使用寿命长,可广泛应用于SF6气体泄漏的便携或在线测量,测量范围为0—5000ppm(1ppm=10^-6),灵敏度0.1ppm. A scheme for SF6 gas leak-detector with negative corona discharge principle was designed. The hardware circuit mainly consisted of low-power components, in which sensing circuits with hardware redundant technology resolved the traditional problems of zero-point drift and false alarm. The system with light-coupled isolation technology eliminated disturb and restrained yawp effectively, and resolved the traditional technology problem of monitoring on line because measuring probe used the new material and special frame. The system is stable, high sensitive and long-life, which can be widely used to detect SF6 gas "as portable or on-line instrument. Its measuring range is from 0 to 5000 ppm ( 1 ppm = 10 -6 ), the sensitivity is 0.1 ppm.
