China is the biggest developing country and also a great environmental nation. Environmental diplomacy has become an important part of Chiaa＇s diplomacy. This article has discussed the inner contact between the scientific concept of development and new strategies for China＇s environmental diplomacy, inspected the practice of China＇s environmental diplomacy under the guidance of the scientific concept of development and pointed out that China should build new strategies for the environmental diplomacy under the dimensions of the scientific concept of development.
