从民主的角度谈党的执政合法性

On the Legitimacy of the Party's Governance from the Perspective of the Democracy

"政党的合法性,归根到底只有从民主政治中才能获得。"民主是一个内涵丰富的概念,但无论是作为价值理念的民主,还是作为国家制度的民主、社会行动的民主,还是作为社会治理体制的民主,都能够为党提供执政合法性。作为执政党,中国共产党应当以推进民主发展为己任。

The legitimacy of the ruling parties can be only available from the democracy in the final analysis.＂ Democracy is of a rich concept, but whether as the democracy of value concept, or as the democracy of national system, or as the democracy of social actions, or as the democracy of the systems of social governance, are able to provide legitimacy for the Party. As a ruling party, the CPC should take it as its own responsibility to promote the development of democracy.
