中医药治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性文献的方法学质量评价

Quality analysis of literature of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of age-related macular degeneration

目的对中医药治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的治疗性文献进行方法学的质量评价,了解研究质量的总体水平。方法计算机检索Medline、Em Base;同时检索中国医学文献数据库(光盘)CBM disc,中文生物医学期刊数据库(光盘版)CMCC,VIP中文科技期刊数据库(Web版),CNKI中国期刊全文数据库(Web版),万方数据库,中国医学学术会议论文数据库(CMAC)等。结果共收集到有关中医药治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的文献96篇,采用美国国家临床指南交换所证据等级分级标准,其中,Ⅰa级文献0篇;Ⅰb级文献17篇;Ⅱa级文献12篇;Ⅱb级文献12篇;Ⅲ级文献44篇;Ⅳ级文献11篇。结论目前搜索到的全世界发表的有关年龄相关性黄斑变性中医药治疗性的文献大多以Ⅲ级文献为主,缺少系统评价的依据,质量低;中医药治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的疗效评价尚待根据高质量的大样本随机对照临床试验的结果进一步论证。

OBJECTIVE To assess the methodological quality of Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical studies about traditional in treating age-related macular degeneration. METHODS We searched the internet Medline （1966-2008）, EMbase （1974-2008） and some Chinese journals such as CBM disc, CMCC, VIP, CNKI and CMAC （1980-2008） for articles concerning age-related macular degeneration. RESULTS Ninety-six literatures were identified and assessed. According to evidence level of National Guideline Clearinghouse （NGC）, 17 references were recommended as level Ⅰ b, 12 as level Ⅱ a, 12 level Ⅱb ,44 level m and Ⅲ level Ⅳ. CONCLUSIONS It is obvious that the methodological quality of the study on traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating age-related macular degeneration should be improved. Further,well designed clinical trials should be performed.
