大学生社会生存训练的人才培养模式研究

摘要 大学生社会生存训练融合缄默课程、活动课程等一系列课程模式,继承并创新户外素质拓展训练和社会实践的具体做法,开发和挖掘学校与社会的教育资源,创设学生文化素质教育和社会化的特殊教育情境,使大学生通过体验都市生活和生存,加速大学生的社会适应进程,实现"从做中学"和"教、学、做、考四合一",是高校提高大学生全面素质和就业竞争力的一种新抓手和新载体。 Survival training for university students consists of a series of curriculum modes, such as tacit and activity curriculum. It inherits and innovates the traditional outward bound training and specific social practice, develops the educational resources of the school and society, as well as establishes a special educational situation for cultural, moral and social education. It aims to accelerate the social adaptation of students, to achieve the goal of "learning by doing" and the "combination of teaching, learning, practising and testing" through the experience of urbanization and survivance. It is a new method and carrier for institutions of high learning to improve the students with comprehensive qualities and enhance their employment competitiveness.
