咪唑立宾阶段性用药减少肾移植后巨细胞病毒肺炎的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 体外研究显示大剂量咪唑立宾（MZR，日本旭化成株式会社研制，商品名：布累迪宁）具有抑制CMV复制的作用，并且有研究表明术后6个月内与吗替麦考酚酯（MMF）比较，MZR在急性排异反应（AR）发生率、移植肾病理损害程度和甲泼尼龙（MP）治疗效果上差异无统计学意义。针对上述情况．我中心自2006年4月开始采用MZR阶段性用药替代MMF，取得了满意的效果，报道如下。
