曲安萘德关节腔内注射配合手法治疗肩周炎

Triameinolone Acetonide in Curing Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的：探索肩周炎快速治愈方法。方法：采用曲安萘德40mg、维生素B，针100mg、维生素B12针0．5mg、利多卡因针1ml行肩关节腔内注射，注射后5分钟活动肩关节，以后早中晚各活动一次，每次活动15分钟，4天可重复注射。结果：本组治疗98例，一次性治愈率889／6，总治愈率为999／6。结论：曲安萘德关节腔内注射治疗肩周炎是一种立竿见影的治疗方法，填补了传统拨罐、理疗、按摩等治疗不足，值得广大医务工作者熟悉解剖的推广应用。

Objective： To explore the fast curing method of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： Making intra-articular injection w On Intra-articular injection of ith Triameinolone Acetonide 40mg, Vitamin B1 100mg, Vitamin B12 0.5mg and Lidoeaine lml. 5 minutes later, activating shoulders. After that, shoulder activities were taken for 15 minutes each time in the morning, at noon and in the evening. Reinjection was made 4 days later. Results： The one-time curative rate is 88% and the total curative rate is 99%. Conclusion： Intra-articular injection of Triameinolone Acetonide is a fast curing method of periarthritis of shoulder and it is worth widely application.
