该文主要介绍了在业务中使用工作流的优点，分析了汽车售后内部系统理赔业务以及现状，并使用JBPM轻量级工作流引擎进行改进。
This document is presented in the business want to use the advantages of workflow,analysis of the automotive aftermarket business,as well as internal system claims the status quo,and the use of lightweight JBPM workflow engine improvements.
