摘要
音频采集和录制软件是多媒体技术中的一个重要组成部分。本文利用BorlandDelphi开发平台，介绍了结合Mediaplayer控件定义声音文件过程，给出了实现录音程序设计的方法和步骤。
Audio collection and recorder software are the critical part of the multimedia technology. The paper utilized Borland Delphi application platform, discussed the procedure of defining audio files based on Mediaplayer component, presented the method and process of recorder program realization.
