摘要
为实现工业过程控制中对多路模拟信号的采集,本文采用8031单片机为主机,在存贮器扩展的基础上,外接MN7150集成多路数据采集芯片,设计了具有16通道模拟信号检测系统的硬件和软件。该系统各通道可测电压范围为0至10V,具有12位AD转换精度;系统软件采用复合滤波算法对采样值进行处理,可在1s周期内完成对16个通道的一次巡回检测。系统满足一般工业过程控制的要求,具有低成本、高精度、高可靠性的特点,
To realize the data acquisition for multiplex analog signals in the industrial process control, a data acquisition system with 16 channels was designed in the paper, which adopts a Intel 8031 microcomputer as host and a MN7150 integrated circuit chip as data acquisition interface. The allowable voltage scope for every channel is from 0V to 10V, and the precision of AID conversion is 12 bits. The system software uses a combined filtering algorithm to deal with the sampled data, and it can complete data acquisition for all 16 channels in a period of ls. Due to the advantages of low cost, high precision and high reliability, the designed system satisfies the requirements of data acquisition in general industrial process control.
