摘要
室温下用第21代感染肾综合征出血热病毒(HFRSV)的乳小鼠脑悬液滴加于无菌玻璃平皿和盛有鼠粪尿的平皿中,再立即以1640细胞培养液反复洗涤后回收,对鼠脑悬液和回收液分别进行TCID50测定,计算玻璃平皿表面HFRS病毒的存活情况。结果HFRS病毒在玻璃平皿表面存活率为53.7984%;自然衰亡率为46.2016%。病毒加入鼠粪尿中的存活率为0.0012%;自然衰亡率为99.9988%。
The brain suspension of sucking mice of the 21st generation infected hemorrhangic fever with renal syndrome virus (HFRSV) was loaded in the sterilized Petri dishes and the dishes filed with the excrement and urine of mice at room temperature. The dishes were washed 2 times with 1640 cell culture medium immediately. and then the liquid was collected. The brain suspension and the collected liquid were determined with 50% tissue culture infective dose (TCID50). The survival rate of the HFRSV on the Petri dishes is 53. 7984% and the natural decline rata is 46.2016%;and the survival rate of the HFRSV in the excrement and urine is 0. 0012% and the natural decline rate is 99.9988% respectively.
