腐蚀条件下飞机结构耐久性/损伤容限综合分析

摘要 腐蚀对飞机寿命和安全的影响日益显著,综合考虑腐蚀条件下结构的耐久性和损伤容限,将有助于减轻结构的重量,使结构符合检修一体化要求,提高飞机的机动性和经济性。本文给出了腐蚀条件下飞机结构耐久性/损伤容限综合设计与分析方法,并建立了分析模型。该模型以腐蚀条件下随机耐久性分析为基础,补充了概率损伤容限分析,最后利用该模型对一实际结构进行了腐蚀条件下耐久性和损伤容限的综合评定。 Corrosion has an obvious effect on the safety and life of aircrafts. It is important to synthetically analyze the durability and damage tolerance of aircraft structural members under corrosive condition. The synthetical analysis can help to lighten the structural members and improve the maneuverability and economical efficiency of aircrafts. In this paper, a synthetical design and analysis method for the durability and damage tolerance of aircraft structural members under corrosive condition was presented, and an analytic model was established. This model was based on the random analysis of durability under corrosive condition, and included probabilistic analysis of damage tolerance. Finally, the durability and damage tolerance of a practical aircraft structural member under corrosive condition was synthetically evaluated by means of this model.
