摘要
China＇s State Council issued Regulations on Supervision and Administration of the Quality Safety of Dairy Products （hereinafter referred to as Regulations） on Oct 9, 2008. In order to fully implement the requirements of the Regulations, ensure the safety of dairy products, thoroughly overhaul and revive dairy industry and promote the steady and healthy development of dairy industry, Ministry of Agriculture （MOA） published Circular of the Ministry of Agriculture on Implementing the Circular of State Council on Regulations on Supervision and Administration of the Quality Safety of Dairy Products on Oct 10, conducting overall arrangement for the implementation of the Regulations.
