喉癌患者血清β_2-MG和TNF-α的表达以及与临床分期的相关性

The Relationship of the Expression of Serum β_2-MG and TNF-α with Clinical Stage in Laryngeal Cancer Patients

目的探讨老年喉癌患者血清β2-MG和TNF-α与其临床分型分期的相关性。方法对60例正常健康者和50例老年喉癌患者的血清采用放射免疫分析(RIA)测定β2-MG和TNF-α的浓度变化情况。结果老年性喉癌患者血清β2-MG和TNF-α水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),术后2w～1个月血清β2-MG和TNF-α水平明显低于术前(P<0.01),但仍高于正常对照组。且Ⅰ～Ⅱ期与Ⅲ～Ⅳ期喉癌患者血清β2-MG水平比较,差异有统计学意义,而TNF-α水平比较无统计学意义。结论血清β2-MG和TNF-α水平能反映喉癌患者的机体免疫状况以及损伤程度,其含量变化可作为喉癌患者病情变化及预后判断的一项指标。

Objective To discuss the relevance of the expression of serum β2-MG and TNF-α with the clinical stages of elderly throat cancer patients. Methods The concentration changes of serum β2-MG and TNF-α were detected in 60 cases of healthy and 50 cases of laryngeal cancer of elderly patients with using radioimmnoassay（RIA）. Results The level of serum β2-MG and TNF-α in age-related throat cancer patients were significantly higher than normal controls （P〈0.01）,after operation 2w to one month,serum β2-MG and TNF-α level were significantly lower than pre-operative （P〈0.01）,but still higher than normal controls. And with I-Ⅱ, Ⅲ-Ⅳ period of laryngeal cancer patients serum β2-MG levels,the difference was statistically significant,and TNF-α levels was not significant. Conclusion β2-MG and TNF-α can reflect the level of immune status in laryngeal cancer patients,as well as the extent of its injury,the content may be as an indicator of the change of condition and judgement of prognosis in patients with laryngeal cancer.
