15例易漏诊的外伤致死尸解病例分析

Analysis of 15 Cases in Autopsy Caused by Trauma which Often Misdiagnosed in Emergency

目的探讨外伤致死急救处理中容易漏诊的原因。方法回顾性分析2006～2008年间与医疗有关的15例外伤致死已做尸解的病例资料。结果最常见漏诊的疾病是颅脑损伤,其次是心血管损伤,再者为复合伤中的内脏出血,少见的情况是臀部刀伤导致髂内静脉的断裂。结论在急救中应仔细判断病情,认真观察病情变化,及时结合各种检查,并及时准确诊断是急救成功的关键。

Objective To study the reasons which often misdiagnosed in emergency. Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 cases from which had been autopsied caused by trauma and relevance with medical treatment in from 2006 to 2008. Results The craniocerebral trauma is the most reasons that caused misdiagnosis, second is cardiovacular trauma and the others include thoracoabdominal injuries and rare ease of penetration of internal iliac vein due to the injury in site of gluteus. Conclusion It is the key of obtaining success in emergency that judge the situation of wound accurately, and timely meanwhile observe the change of patient in carefully and combined with results of various examination properly.
