一种新型X线胶片编码器

A New Device of X-ray Film Coder

目的研制一种更方便、更准确、编码更快捷美观的X线胶片编码器。方法先绘出想象出来的X线胶片编码器之图形,然后在对各家医院X线胶片暗盒进行测量,定出最佳数据,最后实施生产。结果设计生产出的X线胶片编码器由四个部分组成,即编码板、插码槽、暗盒夹、插码条。结论该新型X线胶片编码器确实在编码时能达到编码快捷、准确、外形美观,并且不再使用胶布,耐用持久,价格便宜。

Objective To device a new X-ray film coder which is not only good-looking,and but also it is convenient and accurate. Methods Firstly an imaginable figure of the X-ray film coder was drawn out and then the measurements of the X-ray film cassettes were collected from different hospitals to ascertain the suitable data for produce the coder. Results The X-ray film coder consists of four parts which are coder pad ,groove,pin and figure holder. Conclusion This compact X-ray film coder can be operated rapidly and accurately without any adhesive tape to keep it on position.
