摘要
目的探讨Survivin在人脑星形细胞瘤的表达及与星形细胞瘤发生发展之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学Elivision二步法检测53例脑星形细胞瘤组织和10例正常脑组织标本中Survivin的表达水平。结果Survivin在正常脑组织无表达;在脑星形细胞瘤组织中Survivin的表达阳性率为64.1%,且随星形细胞瘤病理级别的增高而表达增强(P<0.05)。结论Survivin的高表达与脑星形细胞瘤的恶性进展有关。
Objective To explore the expression level of Survivin in the human astrocytomas and its relationship between tumorigenesis and progression of the human astrocytomas. Methods The expression level of Survivin protein was investigated by immunohistochemistry Enivision method in 53 cases of the human astrocytomas and 10 cases of normal brain tissues. Results 34 of 53 (64.1%) astrocytic tumors expressed survivin. The distributions included 7 of 18 (38.9%) diffuse astrocytomas, 14 of 19(74.7%) anaplastic astrocytomas, and 13 of 16(81.3%) glioblastomas, and the positive rate was increased associated with tumor grade getting higher. Survivin was not found expression in the normal brain tissue. Conclusion The strong relationship between malignant grade and survivin expression indicates that expression of survivin may relate to tumor malignant progression of astrocytic tumors.
