摘要
目的探讨寻常型银屑病中细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子p27kip1和细胞周期蛋白cyclinD1的表达。方法通过免疫组织化学法研究p27kip1和cyclinD1蛋白在寻常型银屑病中的表达。结果在寻常型银屑病标本中,p27kip1的表达水平低于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);cyclinD1的表达水平高于正常组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论银屑病的发生可能与p27kip1的表达水平下降、cyclinD1的表达水平升高有关。
Objective To discuss the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors p27^kip1 and cyclinD1 in psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The expression of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors p27^kip1 and eyelinD1 in psoriasis vulgaris were detected by immunohistoehemistry. Results The level of the expression of p27^kip1 in psoriasis vulgaris was lower than normal control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.01）; the level of the expression of cyclinD1 in psoriasis vulgaris was higher than normal control group, there was significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The incidence of psoriasis vulgaris may be related with the decreasing of expression of p27^kip1 and increasing of the expression of cyclinD1.
