祛氟剂+Beyond冷光美白治疗氟斑牙的疗效观察

The Effect of Fluoride-removing Material Combined with Beyond Cold Light Whitening on Bleaching Dental Fluorosis

目的观察祛氟剂结合Beyond冷光美白漂白氟斑牙的疗效。方法试验组40例患者以Beyond冷光美白结合祛氟剂进行漂白,对照组40例患者以牙齿美白胶家庭漂白治疗。用Vita比色板进行美白治疗前后颜色的对比。比较两种方法漂白效果。结果治疗后,两组中轻度氟斑牙的色阶提高值和治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗组中重度、重度氟斑牙的色阶提高值和有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛氟剂结合Beyond冷光美白对氟斑牙脱色有效、安全、快速。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of fluoride-removing material combined with Beyond cold light whitening on bleaching dental fluorosis. Methods The tooth of 40 patients were bleached with Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride-removing material,and 40 patients were bleached with dental whitening Gel as control group. The changes of teeth color were evaluated by VITA shade guide matching,and the sensitivity of tooth were recorded. Results To groups had satisfying lightening efficacy for light dental fluorosis with 100% bleaching efficacy. The shade value improvement and overall effieacy of treatment group were superior to the control group for the medium and heavy fluorosis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fluoride-removing material with Beyond cold light whitening is proved to be an effective,safe and. quick method of bleaching the teeth changed on bleaching dental fluorosis.
