经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的应用研究

Applied Investigate of Acupucture Combined with Autohemotheray on Chronic Urticaria

目的探讨自体经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果及原理。方法90例慢性荨麻疹病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用经络穴位介入自血疗法,对照组采用肌内注射自血疗法,分析对比两组病人疗效及有效时间。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,平均起效时间少于对照组。结论经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹,能够提高疗效,缩短疗程,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect and principal of acupucture combined with autohemotheray On chrOnic urticaria. Methods Sixty patients with chronic urticaria were resdomly divided into two groups：observation group and control group,the patients in experimental receive treatment of acupucture combined with autohemotheray,in control group receive treatment of intramuscular combined with autohemotheray,to analyses the percentage of therapeutic effect and timing of obtain therapeutic effect. Results In comparition with control group,the percentage of utility is better and timing of obtain therapeutic effect is short in observation group. Conclusion That cetirizine combined with autohemotheray on chronic urticaria can elevate therapeutic effect,shorten course of treatmentd,and can recive a good therapeutic effect.
