超敏CRP与2型糖尿病关系的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化在2型糖尿病发病中的临床意义。方法收集400例2型糖尿病和300例非糖尿病患者的血液标本,采用时间分辨免疫分析法测定hs-CRP含量,同时用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血糖(FBG),并分析hs-CRP水平与糖尿病的关系。结果糖尿病组血清hs-CRP较对照组高(P<0.01),并且糖尿病组血清中hs-CRP与空腹血糖浓度水平呈正相关性(P<0.01)。结论血清hs-CRP水平的升高在2型糖尿病的发生、发展中起重要的作用。检测血清hs-CRP可以监测糖尿病患者病变的严重程度,同时是糖尿病患者在接受治疗过程的一个受控稳定性指标。 Objective To evaluate the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) level in developing of type 2 diabetes. Methods Gather 400 patients blood sample with type 2 diabetes and 300 patients blood sample with diabetes-free. Respectively took them to be measured the highSensiti-vity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level byTime-distinguishing-immunity-analysis- method and the FBG level by Glucose-oxygenation-enzyme-method. Lately analy-zing their relationship with the hs-CRP level and the diabetes. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP were significantly higher in type 2 diabetic group compared to the comparison group(P〈0.01). Their relationship with the hs-CRP level and the FBG level of diabetes are direct relativity(P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The rising of the resum hs-CRP level get important function in appearance and development of type 2 diabetes.To be measured the serum hs-CRP level can inspect severe degree of pathological changes with the diabetes patients. The hs-CRP is a controlled stability index,and while diabetes patients accept to be cured.
