摘要
本文通过对快速溶剂抽提仪ASE300的功能开发,建立了沉积岩石中氯仿沥青"A"抽提的新方法。对快速溶剂抽提仪ASE300和常规的快速索氏抽提仪做了平行实验、条件实验和比对实验,结果显示:ASE300快速溶剂抽提仪具有测定结果稳定(偏差不超过3%)、萃取时间短(15-30min)、方法简单、溶剂的使用量少(10g样品仅需15mL溶剂),萃取出的氯仿沥青"A"的含量高等优点。
Based on the basic function of ASE300 instrument, we established a new method of the chloroform bitumen "A" extracted from sedimentary rocks. With the ASE300 and modified Soxhlet extractor, we did the repeatability experiments, the conditions experiments and the comparative experiments. The result showed that the instrument of ASE300 have many useful advantages including more stability result ( deviation less than 3% ) , shorter time ( 15 -30min), simpler method, less solvent (only 15mL solvent for 10g sample) and higher content of chloroform extract "A".
