机立窑生产综合节能技术及其简要原理

摘要 文章结合湖北娲石水泥股份有限公司机立窑生产实践,提出了加强窑体保温,改善生料易烧性,采取小料球煅烧技术及用高效节能型离心风机取代罗茨风机等节能降耗措施,并简要介绍了其节能降耗原理和实际效果通过上述措施,使机立窑标准煤耗降至123kg/t熟料,接近国家一级能耗标准,熟料28d抗压强度达到65MPa以上。 Based on the shaft kiln production in Washi Cement Co. Ltd., Hubei, this article suggests the measures to save energy and reduce consumption such as strengthening the kiln insulahon in order to improve the raw meal burnability, adopting small pellet burming technology, and using the high-efficiency eneny-saving centrifugal fans to replace the Roots blowers etc.. Brief introduction is also presented on the principles of the energy-saving and consumption-reducing measuns and the practical results. Through the above measures, the standard coal consumption of the shaft kiln is lowered down to 123 kg/t-cl., which is colse to the national energy consumption standard grade I, the clinker compressive strength exceeds 65 MPa.
