Internet business is the development trend for future telecom industry. Being a support system for Internet services, the Domain Name System （DNS） should suit for the requirements of business development for telecom carriers. This article makes a brief analysis on the risks involved in current DNS＇s adopted by carriers and proceeds to propose an optimization plan to solve some issues.
