摘要
目的建立同时测定伤科七味片中士的宁和马钱子碱含量的方法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAXSBC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值为3.50)(10∶90),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:254nm。结果士的宁和马钱子碱的线性范围分别为0.0096~0.0960g·L-1,0.0049~0.0490g·L-1;平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为0.38%,0.74%。结论该方法简便快速、结果准确可靠,适用于伤科七味片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of strychnine and brucine in Shangkeqiwei tablets. METHODS The sample was analyzed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase consisting of 0.4% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile (pH adjusted to 3.50 with triethylamine) (90 ; 10) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS The calibration curves of strychnine and brucine were in good linearity over the ranges of 0.009 6-0.096 0 g.L^-1 and 0.004 9-0.049 0 g.L^-1, and the average recoveries (n=6) were 0.38% and 0.74%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for quality control of Shangkeqiwei tablets.
