摘要
针对现行袜机花型单调、设计困难、花型存储量少等问题,根据迭代函数系统分形理论和计算机图形学的有关知识,用Visual C++编程实现了计算机绘制与生成分形图形,并将这些算法嵌入到电脑袜机提花软件中。利用电脑提花软件的转换功能,将图案转换为袜机控制器所需控制信号并通过USB通信方式下载到控制器中,进而控制袜机编织各种花纹和图案。研究成果对于丰富袜品花型的计算机辅助设计,提高电脑袜机的生产效率具有实用价值。
Focusing on the some key issues encountered in sock pattern design and data storage, this job mainly presents some CAD methods based on the iteration function system and computer graphics and their software implementation through Visual C ++. The related algorithms are successfully integrated into the developed jacquard software. The designed patterns can be converted to the control signal data by the coded function of the developed software and downloaded into the controller of a computerized hosiery machine by its USB communication interface. The controller may control a hosiery machine to weave corresponding patterns according to the control signal data. This work is valuable to enhance the CAD level of sock pattern design and productivity of a computerized hosiery machine.
